A presentation of two field exhibits organised by the History of Photography Museum in selected cities of Małopolska: “The Cadre Company 1914–2014” and “Legionary Frames.” The first one presents the unreleased photos and documents depicting the foundation of the First Cadre Company of Józef Piłsudski’s Legions, the role of the idea of the March in the Footsteps of the First Cadre Company in the inter-war period, and the struggle to cultivate its memory in the difficult years after World War II. The second exhibit is a presentation of legionary photographers – soldiers, exceptional scientists, academic professors, and social activists in the time of peace. The exhibits will be supplemented with educational campaigns.
